Facebook have recently started a new feature in which the group administrators can now add their matured or active member as moderator . To do this just goto settings and how you make admin than there will be a option as Make Moderator . Just as simple as it is .

Now a days you are really in need of a trust worthy guy to moderate your facebook group . So if there is no option of making moderator than now it is ! Now you can make any group member a group moderator but only if you are Administrator of that specific group . It will be now more revelant for you to trust moderator .
